Get Measured or Update Your Pattern

Existing Clients
If you’re an existing client with a pattern on file, we’ll use it as the foundation for your new garments. Should adjustments be needed, we can arrange an in-person or video consultation to update your pattern and ensure your fit remains impeccable.

New Clients
For first-time clients, your fit journey begins with precision measurement — either in person or through our online fit tool. From this, we develop your personalized fit profile and craft your try-on garment, typically within two to three weeks.

This stage allows us to capture your unique proportions and posture, ensuring your garments are built around you, not just your measurements.

Try-On Fitting

Once your try-on garment arrives, we’ll schedule a fitting — virtually or in person — to review your fit in detail. You’ll simply put on your garment and provide four photos:

Front view. Back view. Left profile. Right profile.

Even though your fitting garments are created from your exact measurements, it’s the refinements made at this stage that elevate the final result. You’ll also answer a few short questions, such as:

“How do the shoulders feel?” or “Would you like the trousers a bit slimmer?”

Your comfort, confidence, and personal style guide every adjustment.

Our team of skilled pattern-makers and tailors meticulously analyse your feedback and images, refining your patterns with remarkable precision — often to an eighth of an inch.

Where Excellence Arrives

When your garment arrives, it should fit with flawless ease, impeccably tailored to your silhouette and ready to wear. Each piece is delivered within five to seven weeks, and yet, our process doesn’t end there.

We conduct a final fitting review to ensure every nuance meets our standards and yours. You’ll take the same four fit photos and answer the same quick questions as before.

Should any subtle refinements be needed,  we’ll cover the cost of local tailoring and update your pattern on file.

Your fit profile remains active for future orders, allowing us to adapt effortlessly as your lifestyle or physique evolves.
